Composer

Angharad composes a lot of her own work, and performs many of her compositions with the different groups she pays with.

In addition to this, she has composed for a range of different commissions, including theatre productions, session work, weddings. Find out more below.

Theatre

Through her own compositions, and effective use of percussion instruments, Angharad creates atmosphere and interesting soudscapes which has led her to work on a number of theatre productions. 

PROsiect hAIcw

In 2014, following the death of her father, the poet Nigel Jenkins, Angharad worked with the internationally renowned artist Iwan Bala to create a body of work combining words, music and images. 

Session work

Angharad is regularly asked to write and record string parts for a range of different artists. Bands she has recorded for include Broken Fires, Gwenan Gibbard, Gwibdaith Hen Fran, Sion Eirwyn Richards, amongst others.

Weddings

Angharad specialises in writting instrumental music, and is often commissioned to write music espeically for weddings. Her tunes have been presented as bespoke wedding gifts.
